VitaMaple Refund & Cancellation Policy

At VitaMaple, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@vita-maple.com with your order number and reason for return. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and applied to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item, email us at support@vita-maple.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including opened personal care products, gift cards, downloadable products, and any items marked as final sale. For health and hygiene reasons, opened items cannot be returned unless they are defective.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing or shipped, and we may not be able to cancel it. To request a cancellation, email support@vita-maple.com immediately with your order number.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund within 7 business days of approval, please first check your bank account or contact your credit card provider. Processing times vary by institution. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@vita-maple.com.
