Thank you for shopping with VitaMaple. We are committed to delivering your wellness products safely and promptly across Canada and beyond.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Canadian public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping (Canada)

We offer standard and expedited shipping options within Canada. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days for standard shipping and 1–3 business days for expedited shipping. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders — check our website for current promotions.

3. International Shipping

VitaMaple ships internationally to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping fees.

4. Customs & Import Duties

For orders shipped within Canada, all applicable taxes (GST/HST/PST) are calculated at checkout based on your province of residence. The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) regulations apply to all cross-border shipments.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment. You can also track your order at www.vita-maple.com/pages/track-your-order.

6. Shipping Delays

VitaMaple is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to notify you if a significant delay is anticipated.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at support@vita-maple.com. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
